3PT Driving Academy

Terms & Conditions

I agree to complete the course I have registered for with 3PT Driving Academy at the current fee.  All classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction will be administered by 3PT Driving Academy instructor. If additional behind-the-wheel instruction is requested by the student/parent, it can be purchased at an additional cost. The student’s completion of this course requires each of the following: 

  • The FULL balance for the course must be paid prior to the last behind the wheel lesson. A certificate of completion will not be issued until the balance of the course is paid in full.
  • There is a $35 fee for all returned checks.
  • Attentiveness and participation during class instruction. 
  • Length of the lesson will be determined by the instructor. 
  • The instructor will coordinate behind-the-wheel driving lesson times that accommodate both the student and instructor. 
  • Student/parent must notify 3PT Driving Academy of any medical condition or specialty needs which may affect the student’s training so instructors can be aware. We also request that students not attend any session of training if they are sick and give 3PT Driving Academy as advance notice as possible of such. 
  • 3PT Driving Academy will not refund any fees if the school is ready, willing, and able to fulfill its part of this contract.  Refunds will be at the discretion of the owner of 3PT Driving Academy.
  • Forfeit all money for uncompleted instruction it offered but not taken advantage of within one year from the date of this contract.
  • If the purchased course includes the SC road test, 3PT Driving Academy will administer the test as a SC Third-Party Tester. 
  • No guarantee is made or implied the student will pass the test, and SC DMV reserves the right to retest the student. A charge of $25.00 will be assessed if a student does not show up for the scheduled test and has not given 3PT Driving Academy instructor cancellation notice within 24 hours of the scheduled test. 
  • Completion of this course does NOT constitute authority to operate a motor vehicle as a licensed driver. The student must still undergo successful SC DMV processing to obtain a license.

I understand that if I fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this contract, I am in breach of contract, and the school will not be under any obligation to fulfill the terms of this contract. 3PT Driving Academy may, at its option, terminate this contract immediately. This constitutes the entire agreement between the school and the student, or responsible adult, and no verbal statements or promises will be recognized. I have read the above agreement and do hereby consent to accept responsibility of payment for lessons and will allow student to sign for each lesson.
